Cancellation Policy
Vital Massage strives to provide a relaxing and professional experience for all our clients. Please review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment. 1. APPOINTMENT BOOKING: - All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Same-day bookings are subject to availability. - A valid phone number and/or email are required for appointment confirmations. *Please Note: All bookings shall be confirmed. 2. PAYMENT: - Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept payments via PayPal or Debit/Credit Cards. 3. CANCELLATION: Cancellations are made online and must be submitted at least 2 hours before your session is scheduled to begin. Refunds will be forfeited if cancellations are made less than 2 hours before the start of your scheduled session. 4. HEALTH & SAFTY - If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff. - Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.
